Terms and Conditions

 

1. Digital Services

 

1. The cost estimate must be signed and returned as confirmation of acceptance. Once the signed estimate is received, an invoice will be issued.

2. The invoice number must be used as a reference for both the deposit and the final payment.

3. A 75% deposit is required upon acceptance of the cost estimate for all digital assets.

4. This estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

 

2. Print Services

 

1. Full payment is required upon acceptance of the cost estimate before production can commence.

 

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

 

1. All work remains the property of  Jet Black London Media Collective (Pty) Ltd. unless otherwise stated in writing by management or until full payment has been received.

 

4. Project Scope and Additional Costs

 

1. The provided costing is an estimate. Additional fees may apply for work that falls outside the original project scope or brief.

 

5. Late Payment

 

1. Late payments will incur a penalty fee of 3% of the total invoice amount for every 30-day period the payment remains outstanding.

 

6. Video Shoots

 

1. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. Jet Black London Media Collective (Pty) Ltd. will not be held liable for rescheduling due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Insurance is not included in the estimated cost unless specifically requested by the client in writing.

 

7. Storage of Footage

 

1. All project files and recorded footage will be stored by Jet Black London Media Collective (Pty) Ltd. for six (6) months unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.

 

8. Legal Fees

 

1. The client will be liable for any legal fees incurred in the recovery of unpaid invoices.

 

9. Additional Terms

1. Confidentiality: All information exchanged between the client and Jet Black London Media Collective (Pty) Ltd. will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without written consent.

2. Force Majeure: Jet Black London Media Collective (Pty) Ltd. shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control.

3. Revisions: Minor revisions are included. Major changes outside of the initial brief may incur additional charges.

4. Refunds: Refunds are not available for completed work or partially delivered services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability: Jet Black London Media Collective (Pty) Ltd. liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services rendered.
